#2 Product Design for PaperCut Hive: Print Management in the Cloud

PaperCut.com (Website), login.papercut.com (PaperCut Hive)

  • Users: Teachers and casual print users without technical skills, IT admins dealing with broken drivers, office staff tired of “why didn’t my job print.”
  • Problem: Old server-based system was slow, brittle, tied to external services about to sunset. Security and speed suffered. SMEs didn’t had server or knowledge and expertise to set one up. Cloud-printing was made possible by the technology and competitors were capitalizing the opportunity.
  • Approach: The tech team rebuilt the architecture around local-first design. On the design side, we created a frictionless onboarding and self-setup experience that worked out of the box—removing the need for IT. Smart defaults adjusted themselves to user needs. I led UI/UX and applied continuous discovery and delivery to learn from users, test early ideas, and refine flows until they felt like they were built just for them.
  • Result: Retention rose to 88%. Report engagement increased by 140%. Print jobs became faster, more reliable, and the complaints stopped.

#3 Research & Product-Design for Men’s Medical Concierge

MensMC.com.au (website), MensMC.com.au/Login (ClientPortal)

  • Users: High-earning dads asking about testosterone, busy executives who want privacy, comfort and discrete care, men who’d pay more to avoid messy clinics.
  • Problem: The founder was overwhelmed, traction was more than they could handle; calls, manual reorders, follow‑ups, slipping quality. Customer satisfaction was dropping with customers expressing it.
  • Approach: I mapped every step of the customer journey, plotted complete service delivery model, identified experience leaks like missed reorder reminders, redesigned it, validated it for efficiency, compliance and high-customer satisfaction, then autoated it. Built a new customer portal, still kept what mattered, the doctor‑patient touch.
  • Result: 85% automation. Clinic goes from 200 to 2,000 patients a month. Patients get meds before they run out of thier treatment.

#4 UI/UX Design for SelfWealth: Empowering first-time investors

SelfWealth.com.au (Website), SelfWealth.com.au/login (Account Login)

  • Users: First‑timer investors who’d been shut out by big brokers, people with $50 in pocket, super funds investors, and students lacking knowledge and experience.
  • Problem: Overwhelming signup jargon, hidden fees, confusing flows chasing people away. Not knowing what to buy, when to buy – and when to sell to make profit. Book knowledge had a disconnect while investment managers would get their cut, making investment less desirable.
  • Approach: We listened, sketched, iterated fast, dropped what failed, kept what worked. Learning from established players, I cut everything that wasn’t driving users home. I designed it with people for people, UI/UX and Iterative product development with testing on Axure RP prototypes.
  • Result: 44% fewer people quit at signup. Received 10+ awards. Climbed to become Australia’s third biggest trading platform.
